Emmanuel Elibariki, the Tanzanian hip hop artiste who goes by the stage name of Nay Wa Mitego, returns to the music scene with “Go Baba,” his debut song for 2021.
“Go Baba” by Nay Wa Mitego follows the release of “Mugu Yuko Wapi,” a controversial song for which he was accused of blasphemy.
While the latest tune has no blasphemous notes to it, it has the potential to provoke controversy, especially in government circles.
Famous for his activism, for which he had been jailed at some point, Nay Wa Mitego continues on his activist path with his “Go Baba” song, produced by T Touch and TrueName for Free Nation Records.
